New lightweight paperboard with heavyweight strength is now available from Premier
Premier has added Re-Board® to its product range. Re-Board has a patented, ultra-dense, tilted fluted core which gives the paperboard exceptional strength, rigidity, crush resistance and cutting performance. Both Re-board’s liners and core are made from 100% paper and contain no plastics, creating a fully fibre-based light-weight display solution.

Despite its impressively lightweight construction, this powerful paperboard delivers superb strength, stiffness and integrity. The Re-Board range is made up of five products, all of which are suitable for UV, latex and screen printing:
Re-Board® Premium – the original paperboard. It has a brown core and bright white surface that is great for printing. Premium offers the perfect balance between exceptional strength whilst still being lightweight compared to many more traditional substrates, so you can create durable 2D and 3D projects. The flatness and rigidity make it super-easy to cut into any shape, so you can create everything from striking signs to freestanding furniture.
Re-Board® Air – As the lightest paperboard in the range, Re-board® Air is best-suited to 2D and 2.5D applications. Its low-weight structure is perfect for easy handling, while maintaining excellent rigidity, using less material than the other products in the range. The bright white liner delivers excellent printability with great colour reproduction.
Re-Board® All White – As the name implies, it is entirely white. It has a white surface and a white core for a crisp, clean appearance. This makes it excellent for printing, with accurate colour reproduction and clear, vibrant images.
Re-Board® All Black – this has a charcoal-like matt black top layer, and a black core. It is perfect for applications where you want a unique and exclusive look.
Re-Board® Brown – is a kraft coloured board that supports sustainable messaging with a natural appearance. Like all the other grades, it is made from 100% paper and contains no plastics, making it a fully-fibre-based display solution. It is also ideal for lamination applications paired with products from our wide format range.
Re-Board® Fire Retardant – This has a Euroclass C fire rating, while delivering the same exceptional structural integrity and print quality as the other products.
All Re-board grades (except FR) are FSC certified. They can also be fully recycled using standard paper streams.
