Smart Printing Company joins The Innotech Big Print Network

Smart Printing Company has joined Innotech’s Big Print Network, gaining early product previews and marketing support as a brand ambassador.

Smart Printing Company has become the latest member of The Big Print Network (TBPN), Innotech’s ambassador programme for wide- and grand-format print businesses. Membership provides the printing business with early access to new Innotech products, exclusive promotions, VIP event invitations and marketing support, in exchange for championing Innotech materials among its customer base.

Mark Bailey, Managing Director at Smart Printing Company, says, “For us, TBPN is about strengthening our partnership with Innotech, increasing our visibility, generating new business and building credibility and connections across the industry.”

Smart Printing Company’s relationship with Innotech began in February 2024, when Mark was seeking an alternative supplier for pull-up banners and cassettes. The range of products the business orders from Innotech has grown steadily since then. “After our initial order, the range of Innotech products we now use has grown significantly. The service is consistently good, communication is strong, pricing is good value, and the quality of materials is excellent,” he explains.

TBPN membership is a two-way relationship that helps Innotech and its customers grow. In this case, “We have years of industry experience and expertise, and we work hard to promote what we do via our social media channels. This, in turn, leads to opportunities for new projects that also require more Innotech products,” Mark says.

Mark sees the relationship deepening over time. “Our ambition is to nurture a stronger, closer working partnership with Innotech. We have built a great deal of trust between us since we started working together in early 2024, and the introduction of The Big Print Network is a perfect way for us to work and grow together.”

Welcoming Smart Printing Company to the network, Innotech’s Kieran Dallow, Head of CX and Marketing, says, “TBPN is attracting print businesses at every stage of their Innotech relationship. Smart Printing Company came to us nearly two years ago looking for an alternative pull-up banner supplier, and in that time Mark and the team have steadily grown the range they take from us. That is exactly the kind of expanding partnership TBPN is built to support. We are delighted to have them on board.”

Mark concludes, “The biggest benefit is up-to-date information on new products and pricing, and the support and assistance we get with any requirements at very short notice. That is what lets us keep delivering for our customers and growing the business.”
