Solopress launches Dock platform at The Print Show

Solopress launches Dock at The Print Show 2026, offering online retailers a free, no-code connection to its print and fulfilment hub.

Solopress has launched Dock, an ecommerce integration platform that links online retailers and storefronts directly to its manufacturing plant in Southend-on-Sea. Unveiled at The Print Show 2026, the tool gives web stores and creators an automated route to sell customised print products without the investment and development time required for a full API build.

The system connects with major ecommerce storefronts including Shopify and Woocommerce, as well as bespoke websites. Integration is entirely free, requiring no setup fees or ongoing monthly subscriptions. Users can curate a catalogue from hundreds of pre-configured print lines, allowing end buyers to choose material specifications, upload print files, and run them through a built-in artwork checker at checkout. Orders flow directly into the Solopress factory, where they are printed, packaged, and despatched under unbranded white-label shipping.

Product Owner for Dock at Solopress, Sarah Stephenson, said, “The aim with Dock has always been to make the journey from online order to print production as simple as possible. Customers can choose their print products, customise their options, upload artwork and pay at checkout, with orders automatically passed to Solopress for production. For businesses using Dock, that means they can start selling hundreds of pre-built print products through their own website or sales channel without needing to create complex product configurations, pricing rules or integrations from scratch. They bring the ideas, the customers and the sales channel. Dock takes care of the technical complexity, while Solopress handles printing and fulfilment.”

Chief Executive Officer at Solopress, Simon Cooper, commented, “Dock is about making Solopress production easier to access for businesses that want to sell print through their own channels. Many companies already have the audience, the brand and the customer relationship, but connecting that demand to print production has traditionally involved a lot of technical work. With Dock, we are giving those businesses a simpler route. Their customers can configure and order print from the website they already use, while Solopress handles the production, packing and despatch in the background.”

Dock forms part of a broader software investment programme at Solopress focused on trade automation and partnership workflows. The rollout sits alongside Forge, the company’s dedicated portal for commercial printers, print resellers, and brokers, giving trade buyers and digital sellers tailored entry points into the group’s manufacturing capacity.
