Nova Chrome UK adds Polyprint FilmJet Mini DTF printer

Nova Chrome UK will showcase Polyprint’s compact, all-in-one FilmJet Mini 30 and 60 DTF systems at The Print Show

Nova Chrome UK has expanded its direct-to-film (DTF) hardware portfolio after entering into a distribution partnership with European DTF specialist Polyprint. Under the agreement, Nova Chrome UK will supply and support Polyprint’s FilmJet Mini 30 and 60 all-in-one DTF production systems across the UK market.

The compact FilmJet Mini systems integrate a DTF printer, powder shaker, curing unit, and air filtration system within a single compact platform. Available in 33cm and 60cm print widths, the devices feature dual Epson i1600 or i3200 printheads, automatic white ink circulation and agitation, wet capping, media sensors, and anti-crash protection. An embedded mini PC with a touchscreen interface and dedicated RIP software allows operators to manage the complete production workflow from one control panel.

Business Development Manager at Nova Chrome UK, Ryan Connolly, commented, “We have been active in DTF printing over the past 5 years. We work with customers ranging from businesses taking their first steps in garment decoration to established print and embroidery companies expanding their production. What particularly appealed to us about FilmJet Mini is how much of the DTF workflow is integrated into such a compact footprint. But compactness alone is not enough: customers increasingly expect reliability, a complete system warranty and matched inks, film and powder. FilmJet Mini brings those elements together in a professional, easy-to-manage solution.”

President and Managing Director at Polyprint, George Benglopoulos, added, “FilmJet Mini fills the gap between desktop DTF and a conventional multi-unit production setup. It provides a professional route from entry-level into mid-range DTF production, combining the complete workflow in one compact, integrated platform without the space and complexity of separate units. The systems are backed by Polyprint as a European DTF specialist, with final assembly, calibration, quality control and technical support provided from Greece. Nova Chrome’s in-depth understanding of DTF applications, customer requirements and extensive technical support capabilities makes the company an excellent partner for our FilmJet Mini in the UK.”

The FilmJet Mini 30 will make its UK trade show debut on Stand P240 at The Print Show 2026, taking place from 29 September to 1 October at the NEC Birmingham. Technical specialists from Nova Chrome UK will conduct live workflow demonstrations throughout the event, highlighting the system’s OEKO-TEX and GOTS-certified inks, media compatibility, and single-source warranty coverage.
