Flex4 customers increase average turnover by £208K

Web-to-print specialist Flex4 OPS launches ‘License to Print Money’ campaign at The Print Show (Stand P680)

Flex4 OPS is returning to The Print Show with a big question for visitors. What would an extra £208,000 do for your business? After a detailed analysis of its customers in 2025, Flex4 has calculated the average additional annual revenue its online products and services generated. They will be on stand P680 at The Print Show to launch the campaign, show visitors how the increased revenue is achieved, and provide software demonstrations.

The company provides web-to-print eCommerce solutions that enable customers to launch public webstores. Flex4’s webstore packages include a range of add-on modules, additional features and API integrations to streamline workflow, reduce admin costs and drive more sales traffic to the webstore.

Francis Whiteley, Managing Director of Flex4 OPS, says, “We analysed data across all of our customers’ websites to see what revenue increases were being generated. Customers, large or small, generated an average turnover increase of £208,000. To see how we can do this for you, come and talk to us at The Print Show.”

Increasing revenue and profit

Flex4 OPS helps customers increase revenue and profit in many ways. Francis explains, “Our solutions help identify many ways for our customers to increase their revenue. For example, it encourages them to charge a premium for a rush job rather than simply absorbing the cost. It lets them return a quote to a customer quickly and allows the customer to place the order based on the quote and then checkout and pay online, instead of trading multiple emails. Small orders take the same admin time as large orders to process, so it’s important to reduce human touchpoints as much as possible while still delivering good customer service. Our systems enable their regular customers to reorder in a couple of clicks and have artwork checked automatically rather than by eye. All of these elements, and more, are what the £208,000 increase is made of.”

At the show, Francis and the team will be available to explain this in more detail, particularly the connection between a company’s webstore and the systems it already uses to run the business. Pricing is pulled seamlessly from the MIS or suppliers’ price lists via APIs, so it’s always up to date and live on the webstore. A single product can be presented with its real sizes, materials, finishes, quantities and lead times in the way the printer itself does business, rather than being split across dozens of separate listings. The webstore can be configured as a public store open to anyone, a private branded portal for specific customers, or both.

“Our solutions allow printers to profitably sell work they don’t physically produce themselves,” explains Francis. “With our systems, everything on the website looks like your business offers it, even though the route to production can be different. Being able to sell a wider range of products than a business can produce in-house is a huge benefit and could represent a major portion of additional business. Many printers do this already, but not necessarily online, and this is where Flex4 OPS makes a real and tangible difference.”

Francis concludes, “You may be going to the Print Show to purchase a new machine or to see what other new technology is out there. If you make that sort of investment, our solutions can help you generate the business you need to fill that extra production capacity.”

Flex4 OPS will be at The Print Show on stand P680 from 29th September to 1st October. Experts will be on the stand to provide demonstrations of the software and answer any questions.
