HP will showcase four Latex printers, the DesignJet Z9+, and PrintOS software at The Print Show and The Sign Show 2026 in Birmingham.
HP has detailed its exhibition lineup for the co-located Print Show and The Sign Show 2026, taking place from 29 September to 1 October at the NEC Birmingham. Occupying Stand S100 at the front of Hall 1, the manufacturer will present live demonstrations of six printing systems alongside its cloud-based production management software.
A central focus of the display will be the vendor’s mid-volume roll-to-roll and print-and-cut solutions. The lineup includes the 1.63m-wide HP Latex 830W, which reaches output speeds of up to 36 square metres per hour in outdoor mode and features high-opacity white ink for transparent and coloured substrates. Running alongside, the HP Latex 630W Print & Cut Solution operates at speeds up to 14 square metres per hour in standard six-pass mode across media widths up to 1.63m, combining white ink printing with integrated contour cutting for window graphics, decals, stickers, and vehicle wraps.
For printing on both rigid and flexible media, the manufacturer will exhibit the compact HP Latex R530 hybrid system. Capable of processing media up to 1.6m wide and 5cm thick, the machine reaches speeds of up to 31 square metres per hour in indoor mode across substrates such as Foamex and flexible roll media.
The 3.2m-wide FS60 super-wide press completes the HP Latex line-up. Engine-rated for speeds up to 162 square metres per hour, the system incorporates 10-litre ink containers and a modular architecture designed to scale with growing capacity requirements. All Latex devices run water-based ink formulations engineered to reduce environmental impact compared to traditional solvent inks.
The stand will also feature the HP DesignJet Z9+, available in 61cm and 112cm print widths with top speeds of up to 71 square metres per hour, which caters to the photographic print market.
Digital workflow management will be highlighted through a dedicated demonstration zone for the HP PrintOS Production Hub. The cloud-based tool provides print service providers with centralised job tracking, real-time device monitoring, and operational analytics across active print fleets.
To assist print service providers with equipment upgrades, HP has introduced a limited-time trade-in scheme. For orders invoiced between 1 September and 9 October 2026, businesses trading in existing solvent, UV, or latex printers can receive up to £5,000 towards the purchase of a new HP Latex 630, 730, 830, or R530 model.
