Swytch Graphics joins The Big Print Network

Large format production specialist signs up to Innotech’s ambassador programme after five years of shared commitment to sustainability

Swytch Graphics has joined The Big Print Network (TBPN), Innotech’s ambassador programme for wide and grand-format print businesses. The company, which has worked with Innotech since 2020, will receive early access to new products, exclusive promotions, VIP event invitations and marketing support, while benefiting from resources to help promote Innotech materials to its own customers.

For Swytch Graphics, membership is a natural extension of a relationship that has always been based on shared values. The company first came to Innotech for its recycled fabric media and has stayed for the range, the service and the speed.

A relationship built on sustainability

Swytch Graphics offers large format production across a broad spectrum, covering point of sale, nationwide campaigns, exhibition displays, tension frame graphics, signage and small format work. The company produces at volume and at pace across virtually every format and substrate a client could need.

Sam Kennedy, Marketing and Brand Manager at Swytch Graphics, says, “We were won over early on by the recycled fabric media Innotech offered. When we brought tension frame display production in-house, it was important to us that the graphics had a sustainable lifecycle, made from recycled bottles and returned for proper end-of-life recycling. That became a cornerstone of how we approached large format production from that point on.”

The relationship has grown steadily over five years. “We’ve worked closely with Derek and the team ever since. The product range is fantastic, and being local means they’re a brilliant option when turnaround times are tight. The goodie boxes don’t hurt either. They’re always popular on the shop floor,” Sam adds.

Why the network made sense

The Big Print Network is free to join but each applicant goes through a vetting process to make sure every member adds value. For Swytch Graphics, the decision to join was an easy one.

“It’s a natural next step in a relationship that’s already working well. The Big Print Network gives us the chance to deepen that partnership and be part of a community that’s shaping where wide format print goes next,” Sam says.

Showing the work, not just the materials

A central part of the TBPN offer is shared marketing support. Members can use Innotech product photography, videos and promotional material, branded with their own logo, to sell to end customers. For Swytch Graphics, that shared visibility is one of the biggest draws.

Sam explains, “There’s real value in the shared visibility. Working together to produce content that’s relevant and interesting to our audiences, showcasing actual work, actual materials, actual results, gives both brands a stronger voice in the large format print sector.”

What Swytch Graphics brings to the table

The programme is a two-way commitment. Members display the TBPN badge on their website, share a minimum of two Innotech-related social posts per month, tag Innotech in projects made with its materials and provide feedback when asked. In return, they receive early access to new products, exclusive promotions and VIP event invitations. Membership is reviewed annually.

For Innotech, Swytch Graphics represents a serious production partner. “We’re a genuine test bed for Innotech’s materials at volume and at pace. I would run out of word count before I could list everything we produce,” Sam says.

Looking ahead

Kieran Dallow, Head of Customer Experience and Marketing at Innotech, says, “The Big Print Network isn’t about how much someone spends with us. It’s about finding businesses that are passionate about what they do and giving them a platform to shout about it. We want members to see this as a two-way relationship, and in return we’ll back them with greater access to information, events and offers.”

For Swytch Graphics, the opportunity comes down to shared knowledge. Innotech know their materials and substrates inside out. Swytch Graphics know large format production at scale. Putting those strengths together and talking openly about the quality and sustainability credentials behind the work gives both businesses a platform to grow.

Sam Kennedy concludes, “I expect Innotech’s materials to become more prominent across our output as we talk more openly about what goes into the work we produce. Put our production knowledge together with their materials expertise and a combined social media presence, and there’s a real opportunity to show people what sustainable, high-quality large format print can look like.”
