InstaFloor is a 2.6mm thick cushioned PVC floor media for UV printing, designed for high-traffic retail and event environments.
Soyang Europe has announced the launch of InstaFloor, a specialised printable PVC material developed for temporary floor graphics in retail, commercial, and event settings. The product addresses the growing demand from marketers and brands for underfoot promotional surfaces that can withstand heavy footfall while maintaining structural integrity.

The material is 2.6mm thick, providing a cushioned effect that improves comfort for pedestrians and offers sound-reduction benefits in busy spaces. Despite its cushioned composition, the PVC is engineered to resist indentation and maintain dimensional stability under regular foot traffic. It is positioned for applications such as retail point-of-sale zones, event entrances, branded walkways, and exhibition feature aisles.
Weighing 1,475g/sq m, InstaFloor is compatible with UV print technology, which ensures crisp graphics and durable ink adhesion. Soyang Europe supplies the material in roll widths up to 4m and lengths up to 30m, allowing print service providers to cover large areas with fewer seams.
Safety compliance is a key feature of the new media. It carries the EN 13501 fire resistance rating and the EN 16165 slip rating, making it suitable for installation in public venues that are subject to strict health and safety regulations.
Oliver Mashiter, Sales Director at Soyang Europe, said, “We’re excited to be introducing this highly flexible and durable product into an area of the market that has been extremely busy in recent years. The demand for floor graphics has rocketed, with brands and marketers using it as a way of connecting with the consumer. InstaFloor has been designed to not only deliver a stunning visual impact but also provide comfort underfoot, all while remaining structurally sound throughout the lifetime of each application.”
The introduction of InstaFloor expands the company’s existing portfolio of wide-format and superwide-format surface coverings, offering print rooms an alternative to traditional, rigid floor vinyls.
