Inkcups Europe has announced the appointment of Sarah Fenna as Sales Manager and Keith Apps as Field Service Engineer for the UK and Ireland
Inkcups has announced a dual expansion of its European operations with the strategic appointments of Sarah Fenna as Sales Manager for the UK and Ireland, and Keith Apps as Field Service Engineer for the same territory. The additions to the regional team are designed to support a growing customer base and address rising interest in direct-to-object industrial printing across the drinkware, homeware, promotional, and packaging markets.

Sarah Fenna will oversee commercial activities across the territory, focusing on customer relationship development and identifying new business opportunities for the company’s digital print technology. She joins the firm with more than 30 years of printing sector experience, which includes a strong background in capital equipment sales for brands such as Agfa, Mimaki, and Fujifilm. Most recently, she spent six years as Business Development Manager and Sales Director at Soyang Hardware Ltd.

Keith Apps will lead regional technical support services, with a brief that encompasses equipment installations, mechanical repairs, operator training, and ongoing remote and on-site assistance. Apps also brings three decades of industry experience to the role, having previously worked in technical and field engineering positions at SwissQPrint, Spandex UK, HP, and Mimaki distributor Hybrid Services Ltd.
The arrivals increase the number of UK-based Inkcups Europe team members to three, working alongside Field Service Engineer Anthony Lye, who was appointed in 2024. The expanded headcount will be supported by a secondary strategic investment coming into effect this autumn. From October, the manufacturer will utilize a UK-based third-party logistics facility, an operational move structured to improve delivery times and optimize parts availability for regional users.
Hendrik Koemans, Sales Director Europe at Inkcups, said, “Interest in Inkcups’ pioneering direct-to-object printing technology is growing and these appointments, along with our investment in streamlining logistics to more quickly serve customers in the UK and Ireland, demonstrate our commitment to providing dedicated localised support to customers as we continue to expand our operations in Europe.”
Koemans noted that Fenna is already engaging with the regional customer base, whilst Apps and Lye will provide the necessary technical foundation to ensure equipment uptime and operator proficiency across the territory.
