Roland DG bring range of digital print solutions to FESPA 25

Attendees visiting Hall 3.2 – Booth A30 will have the chance to see the company’s latest digital printing innovations

Roland DG will be at FESPA Global Print Expo 2025 to present a diverse array of advanced printing solutions suitable for various industries. The TrueVIS series will be highlighted, featuring the recently introduced XP-640 eco-solvent printer, VG3-640 eco-solvent printer/cutter, and LG-640 UV printer/cutter. These machines are recognized for their capability to produce high-quality prints with accurate colour, precision, and speed. Their versatility makes them well-suited for applications such as signage, vehicle graphics, and other large-format printing tasks, offering both strong performance and reliability.

The technology firm will also showcase its latest VersaOBJECT range, including the MO-180, LO-640, and EU-1000MF UV flatbed printers. The MO-180, the most compact in the series, is a direct-to-object UV printer, making it a practical solution for creating custom products and promotional items. The new LO Series is designed for customising boards or objects up to 242 mm in height, including irregular 3D objects. Meanwhile, the EU-1000MF, Roland DG’s high-resolution flatbed printer, delivers fast, high-quality prints on a variety of media, making it suitable for industrial applications.

For businesses in the textile and apparel sector, the company will feature the newly launched TY-300 direct-to-film (DTF) printer. This solution offers vibrant, high-quality prints with efficient production speeds, making it suitable for custom garment printing. Equipped with True Rich Color 3 settings and OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT-certified S-PG2 inks, the TY-300 provides a cost-effective option for businesses aiming to expand in the custom apparel market.

Roland DG will also present solutions from its VersaSTUDIO range, designed for small businesses and entrepreneurs. The compact BN2-20 printer/cutter and the BD-8 UV flatbed printer are both suitable for creating personalised products quickly and affordably, offering good print quality in a space-efficient design. Visitors can experience these machines directly, with the opportunity to create personalised golf balls, bottle openers, and stickers at the booth, in collaboration with Antigro Designer.

Additionally, the Dimensor-S, a textured printing solution, will be showcased, combining digital colour printing with dimensional embossing for notable results in interior décor. Visitors can observe a live demonstration of this technology at the booth. On May 6-8 at 12:00 and 15:00, and on May 9 at 12:00, Roland DG’s DIMENSE Ambassador, Giovanni Re, will conduct Paintable Wallpaper Demonstrations. These demonstrations will illustrate how DIMENSE technology enables the creation of 3D textured wallcoverings ready for painting and how easily walls can be transformed into artistic surfaces.

As part of the FESPA Personalisation Experience, Francisco Lozano, Product Manager EMEA, will present a talk titled “Dream it. Make it. Sell it.” – Personalisation and Business Opportunities with Digital Printing on Wednesday, May 7th at 11:30. In this session, Francisco will discuss how digital print technologies are creating new revenue opportunities for businesses, helping them succeed in the era of personalisation. Attendees will gain insights into leveraging customisation to enhance customer engagement and develop new business opportunities.

The organisation is also participating in the new FESPA Foundation initiative, which aims to promote sustainability within the print industry. As part of this initiative, Roland DG has printed 80 posters prior to FESPA and will produce an additional 20 live at the booth during the event. These posters will be donated to educational environments in underprivileged communities, preventing printed materials from being wasted and supporting educational outreach globally. This initiative reflects Roland DG’s commitment to sustainability and its focus on making a positive community impact.
