In just three weeks, the doors will open for FESPA 2026 in Barcelona. Michael Ryan, Head of FESPA Global Print Expo gives us five reasons why you should attend.

FESPA Global Print Expo returns to the Gran Via, Fira de Barcelona, to unite experts across several different vertical markets, including print, signage, packaging, personalisation, textile and wrapping.
With preparations for the event in the final stages, I wanted to explore the value you can gain from attending the events, which are taking place from 19 to 22 May 2026.
An expanded FESPA ecosystem
This year, FESPA Global Print Expo returns alongside five co-located events. These are European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience, WrapFest and the brand-new Corrugated and Textile, enabling attendees to explore key segments, connect with industry experts and discover a wide range of technologies.
European Sign Expo will showcase an array of products and solutions for the signage and visual communications industries, including channel lettering, digital signage, dimensional signage, engraving and etching, LED and sign solutions, while Personalisation Experience will give visitors insights into the opportunities made possible with customisation.
WrapFest will unite the wrap, vinyl, PPF, window tint, architectural interior and detailing industries and the wider speciality print industry.
Focused on corrugated packaging and point of sale display production, Corrugated will allow manufacturers of corrugated cardboard packaging and display solutions to network with like-minded industry professionals, as well as suppliers of materials, machinery, workflow software and other technologies. Finally, Textile will invite those who work with printed textiles, including fashion, apparel and interior décor, to explore industry trends, see the latest innovations, and exchange knowledge and expertise.
Strong exhibitor line-up

The 2026 events are set to welcome over 600 confirmed exhibitors, including Agfa, Brother, Canon, Durst, EFI, HP, Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems, Mutoh, Roland DG and swissQprint.
With the support of our exhibitors, the events will highlight the latest innovations in wide-format, digital, screen and textile printing, signage, personalisation, packaging and display, plus more.
Three comprehensive conference programmes
At FESPA, knowledge-sharing and networking are crucial to our brand mission. With this in mind, delegates will have the opportunity to explore three separate conferences during the 2026 events: The FESPA Conference, The Corrugated Conference and WrapTalks.
Throughout The FESPA Conference programme, delegates will hear from experts on topics such as print, signage, textile, sustainability, personalisation and automation.
Those who attend The Corrugated Conference will learn about topics such as: EU packaging legislation; cyber security in the modern box plant; emerging opportunities offered by AI; the role of national and international trade associations; and more.
The WrapTalks programme will highlight trends and expertise in the wrapping industry, from vehicles to architecture.
Trends

Each year, visitors gain a clear view of the forces shaping the industry. Recent editions have highlighted the ongoing rise of personalisation, sustainability and automation, trends set to remain front and centre of FESPA 2026 in Barcelona.
Automation continues to be a priority, as businesses look to reduce manual touchpoints, improve consistency and accelerate production.
Sustainability is now a fundamental expectation and it informs decisions around materials, processes and investment.
At the same time, personalisation remains a key commercial driver, with customers increasingly seeking tailored products and experiences.
A multitude of opportunities
With the introduction of two new events, the relocation of another, and three dedicated conference programmes, there are a wealth of opportunities awaiting visitors to FESPA Global Print Expo 2026.
Whether you’re looking to deepen your understanding of the future of the print industry, discover the latest advancements in digital signage and wrapping, explore opportunities in the corrugated and textile markets, or learn how to integrate personalisation into your business offering, FESPA 2026 is an event not to be missed.
