PRINTING United Alliance has officially opened registration for the 2026 PRINTING United Expo, bringing the industry’s next-generation technology and innovations to Las Vegas this September.
PRINTING United Alliance has announced that registration is officially open for PRINTING United Expo 2026. Taking place from 23rd to 25th September at the Las Vegas Convention Center, the premier North American printing event will bring the entire industry together under one roof, spanning commercial, apparel, wide-format, labels and packaging, industrial, and more.

Josh Carruth, EVP of Expositions at PRINTING United Alliance, comments: “PRINTING United Expo continues to raise the bar as the industry evolves, growing in both scale and impact each year. We are delivering far more than a traditional trade show. This is where the industry comes to see what’s next, make meaningful connections, and drive business forward.”
What to Expect in 2026 The 2026 event launches with a newly redesigned website and enhanced digital experience to help attendees easily explore exhibitors and plan their visit. The show floor is already over 90% sold out, with nearly 650 exhibitors signed up to showcase their latest equipment, technologies, and solutions—many of which will be making their global debut.
Visitors to the exhibition can expect a dynamic mix of features, including:
- Live Demonstrations: Real-time equipment demonstrations and new product launches across every segment of the print industry.
- Educational Sessions: Expert-led seminars covering critical topics such as workflow efficiency, sustainability, business growth, and automation.
- PRINTING AI: Expanded programming designed to help printers better understand, evaluate, and implement artificial intelligence across their operations.
- Hands-on Experiences: Interactive zones including the Apparel Zone, the ASI Pavilion, Spill the Ink Roundtable discussions, and a dedicated Print-On-Demand area.
Networking and Workforce Development The highly requested Opening Night Party will return on Wednesday, 23rd September, offering attendees a chance to celebrate and network as the event kicks off. The show will also see the return of the “Expo All-Stars” programme for its second season, bringing global industry ambassadors to the floor to offer guided insights and peer-to-peer expertise.
Furthermore, Student Day “3.0” will return bigger than ever to support workforce development. The initiative connects students directly with leading companies on the show floor to highlight career pathways and facilitate meaningful conversations around internships and job opportunities.
Carruth concludes: “The Expo was recently named a Trade Show Executive ‘Fastest 50’ show, as well as captured an award for the ‘Fastest Growing Show in Sheer Attendance.’ Our commitment to delivering an event that spotlights the industry’s very latest technology and solutions, and truly has something for everyone, is what we strive for and keeps the event fresh, exciting, and relevant year over year.”
