QPS to debut ColorJet Vulcan Hybrid 1800 at The Sign Show

Quality Print Services will run live demonstrations of six wide-format printers and Nazdar digital inks on Stand S150.

Quality Print Services (QPS) has announced it will showcase six wide-format printing systems across the ColorJet and Roland DG hardware ranges, alongside alternative digital inks from Nazdar, on Stand S150 at The Sign Show 2026. Taking place at the NEC Birmingham from 29 September to 1 October, the event runs alongside co-located exhibition The Print Show.

QPS will showcase the ColorJet Vulcan Hybrid 1800 printer at The Sign Show.
QPS will showcase the ColorJet Vulcan Hybrid 1800 – a compact UV hybrid designed to handle both flexible media and lightweight rigid boards.

Occupying a central position on the show floor, QPS will run live production demonstrations across four ColorJet UV printing platforms, incorporating two flatbed printers and two hybrid production systems. The hardware lineup marks the UK exhibition debut of the ColorJet Vulcan Hybrid 1800, a compact UV hybrid printer developed for processing both flexible roll media and lightweight rigid boards. Constructed around an advanced conveyor-belt transport system, the machine achieves top print speeds up to 45 square metres per hour across media widths up to 1,800mm.

Complementing the ColorJet range, the distributor will feature two wide-format devices from Roland DG: the TrueVIS VG4 print-and-cut system and the DGXPRESS ER-641 roll-to-roll press. Alongside the printer hardware, QPS will demonstrate the performance of Nazdar alternative digital inks, formulated as direct OEM alternatives designed to lower consumable overheads without compromising colour reproduction or output quality.

Managing Director of QPS, Chris Bailey, commented, “We’re bringing a line-up that gives visitors plenty to talk about. We’ve got four ColorJet UV systems, including the new Vulcan Hybrid 1800, two Roland DG machines and, of course, a wide range of Nazdar inks.”

Bailey added, “The show is always a good opportunity to get away from the specifications on a datasheet and talk about what businesses are actually trying to produce, how they want to produce it and where they see opportunities for growth. That’s where our team can add real value.”

QPS technical and commercial teams will be available on Stand S150 throughout the three-day event to discuss media compatibility, ink formulation options, and equipment integration.
