As part of the relaunch, the company has curated a library featuring approximately 36,000 patterns. To assist users in navigating this extensive catalogue, the developers have implemented intelligent search and filtering functions. Pattern Design states that these updates significantly simplify the process of selecting the correct design for specific projects.

A key element of the update is the improved recolouring feature. This tool allows users to manipulate the colours of selected patterns directly on the platform with high precision. This functionality addresses the need for customization in sectors such as textile printing, packaging, and interior decor.

Technically, the company has enhanced the platform with a focus on performance and user experience (UX). Pattern Design positions the site as a central resource for professional patterns. The company highlights the platform’s ability to integrate seamlessly into existing e-commerce systems, a feature that supports print-on-demand workflows and digital storefronts.

Founded in 2010, Pattern Design has evolved from a startup with a single designer and 100 patterns into a global marketplace. The platform now hosts work from nearly 1,800 designers from around the world.
