Keencut previewed the All-in-One Compressed Air Cutter at PRINTING United Expo

New Keencut compressed air cutter, launching in 2026, cuts fabrics, vinyl, banners, and ACM, with no electricity required

“We’re especially pleased to have our brand new compressed air cutter on dealer booths here at the show,” says Juliet Vandenbrand, Business Development Manager at Keencut. “This is our product preview, and then we will go into production and launch it in the UK and America globally, early 2026.”

The machine handles multiple material types without requiring electricity. “The unique selling point of this cutter is that it will cut things like fine fabrics, foils, vinyls, banners, through to all different types of boards, corrugated, foam boards, PVC boards, and it will cut and finish and V-groove ACM and steel composite material as well. It’s kind of like your all-in-one cutter with no electricity.”

She continues, “It works with compressed air. Customers can link it up to their airline in their print shop or they can invest in a small compressor. You just need up to eight bars,” she said.
The design focuses on workflow efficiency and space optimisation.

“It’s on wheels, it’s portable and it’s compact. It’s very slim line, so your customers in the print shops can line it against their bench or against their laminating table, and it doesn’t take up any room.”

Six different cutting heads are included in the price, each designed for specific materials. “All the different heads are included in the price. So you’re looking at something that’s easy to use, easy to install. You just screw off, screw on.”

During a demonstration, the machine cut through ACM at eight bar pressure. Juliet highlighted the finish, “Not only have you got smooth finished cuts here, but you’ve also got it on the other side of the board. We like to say it’s effortless,” she adds. “It cuts like butter.”

According to Juliet, the response at the show was positive. “People are saying, ‘Do you mean it cuts the vinyl banners and it cuts ACM?’ Yes, and they can’t believe it. We showed that with one cutting piece of equipment, they can cut absolutely everything they need. They no longer have to have two, three, or four different cutting machines. They only need the one.”

“It’s ideal for any sign maker, any print company and people can’t wait for it to launch.”
