FESPA Global Print Expo heads to Munich for 2027 exhibition

FESPA confirms that the Global Print Expo and associated co-located exhibitions will return to Messe Munich, Germany, from 6 to 9 April 2027

FESPA has announced that Munich will host its flagship Global Print Expo and co-located exhibitions in 2027. The annual event, which includes the European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience, WrapFest, and Textile zones, is scheduled to run at the Messe Munich exhibition centre from Tuesday 6 to Friday 9 April 2027.

The 2027 cycle will also mark the return of the biennial FESPA Awards program, running alongside the established World Wrap Masters vehicle wrapping finals and the dedicated Club FESPA hospitality areas for regional association members.

Michael Ryan, Head of FESPA Global Print Expo, said, “Following this year’s show in Barcelona, I’m delighted to confirm that FESPA Global Print Expo and its co-located events will return to Munich in 2027. We look forward to being back in Germany to strengthen our connections with regional markets and reconnect with our German community. It’s always a pleasure to bring our flagship event to audiences year after year, and I’m especially excited to continue expanding the FESPA network.”

The event portfolio was last hosted at the Munich venue in 2023. The location is selected for its high-specification infrastructure and international transit links, which historically support high attendee turnouts from Central and Eastern European print markets.

The announcement comes during the 2026 exhibition cycle at the Fira de Barcelona. Full commercial details, stand booking frameworks, and visitor registration timelines for the German event will be released by the organizers following the conclusion of the current Barcelona show.
