FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 to showcase innovations across six co-located events

FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 returns to Barcelona this May, featuring six co-located events to spotlight innovations across speciality print, packaging, and textiles.

Next month, FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 returns to the Gran Via, Fira de Barcelona in Spain. Running from 19th to 22nd May 2026, the exhibition will take place alongside the European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience, WrapFest, and the brand-new Corrugated and Textile events. The six co-located events will serve as a central meeting point for experts across the speciality print, signage, personalisation, packaging, display, wrapping, and textile communities.

FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 will host six co-located events at the Fira de Barcelona this May.

Organisers expect to welcome over 600 leading brands and suppliers to showcase their latest products, solutions, and market trends. Confirmed exhibitors for the main FESPA Global Print Expo include AGFA, Brother, Canon, EFI, Epson, HP, Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems, Mimaki, Sun Chemical, and swissQprint.

European Sign Expo

Located in Hall 2, the European Sign Expo will highlight transformative developments shaping the future of signage and visual communications. Over 85 exhibitors will display innovations across channel lettering, dimensional signage, digital signage, display systems, engraving, illuminated displays, LED, and out-of-home media. Confirmed exhibitors include Adsystem Sp Z.o.o, Carbon Sign Innovation, Domino Sign, NSELED Europe, and Very Displays.

Personalisation Experience

Returning for its fourth edition in Hall 3, the Personalisation Experience will enable visitors to discover the commercial value of customisation. The event will spotlight the latest developments in personalisation-enabling technologies and software from industry specialists such as Inkcups, ZSK, OnePrintShop, xTool, Photo USA, and Direct Color Systems.

WrapFest and World Wrap Masters

Co-located with the main expo for the first time, WrapFest will feature a 2,000-square-metre exhibition space dedicated to the vehicle wrapping and vinyl applications markets. The floor will showcase window films, garage design, cutting and finishing equipment, and printable films. Within WrapFest, visitors can watch the World Wrap Masters Europe and Series Final competitions. Regional wrappers will compete over the first two days, with regional champions battling for the global title on days three and four.

Corrugated

New for 2026, the Corrugated event will invite manufacturers of corrugated cardboard packaging and display solutions to network with suppliers of materials, machinery, and workflow software. Featuring a 1,500-square-metre exhibition space and a free-to-attend conference programme, the event offers decision-makers the opportunity to explore the latest technical innovations for corrugated applications.

Textile

Also new for 2026, Textile will provide a platform for professionals working with printed textiles—including fashion, apparel, and interior décor. Attendees can explore roll-to-roll, direct-to-garment (DTG), and direct-to-fabric (DTF) machinery. Dedicated textile-focused conference sessions will cover topics such as enhancing productivity, reducing operational impact, and waste reduction.

Conference Programmes

FESPA’s 2026 showcase will include three free-to-attend conference programmes running throughout the four-day exhibition:

  • The FESPA Conference: Offering practical insights across print, signage, personalisation, and textiles through expert solo and panel discussions.
  • The Corrugated Conference: Covering trends in the packaging industry, including EU packaging legislation, cyber security in box plants, and AI opportunities.
  • WrapTalks: Highlighting trends in the wrapping industry, focusing on production workflows and pushing creative boundaries.

Michael Ryan, Head of FESPA Global Print Expo, comments on the upcoming showcase. He says, “With preparations almost complete for the 2026 events, I’m confident there are a wealth of opportunities awaiting the FESPA community at the Gran Via, Fira de Barcelona. This year, we’re expanding beyond print and signage, and I’m particularly excited to extend our reach into packaging, and even further into wrapping and textile printing.”

He adds, “With more than 600 exhibitors, six co-located events and three conference programmes, FESPA 2026 provides the perfect opportunity for visitors to explore new avenues for business growth, build connections across emerging industries, and deepen their knowledge. I’m looking forward to seeing what Barcelona has in store for everyone.”

All members of a FESPA national Association or FESPA Direct can gain free access to all six co-located events. Non-members can purchase early bird tickets for €55 until 20th April using the code FESM634.
