Epson launches the SureColor SC-F300 A3 desktop dye-sublimation printer for growing personalisation businesses and gift production.
Epson has expanded its small-format dye-sublimation portfolio with the official launch of the SureColor SC-F300. The compact A3 desktop printer was engineered specifically to help small businesses, promotional merchandise creators, and apparel decorators transition from entry-level A4 formats into larger custom garment, gift, and promotional applications.

Equipped with a Continuous Ink Supply System (CISS) to reduce operational costs, the SC-F300 minimises ink replenishment downtime during high-volume production runs. The sheet-fed system features flexible dual paper handling, combining a 150-sheet front cassette for standard A4 media with a 15-sheet rear tray that accepts media up to A3 dimensions. Navigation is managed via an intuitive 2.7-inch colour touchscreen display, while built-in connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, Ethernet, USB, Apple AirPrint, and Mopria mobile printing protocols.
Head of Product Marketing C&I and BS at Epson Europe, Chris Davies, commented, “The SureColor SC-F300 is ideal for customers who are expanding into personalisation and short-run production. It’s built to make it easier for growing businesses to step up to A3 dye-sublimation with confidence, combining simple operation, flexible handling and the dependable performance users expect from Epson.”
Stepping up from A4 to A3 print formats enables producers to create larger apparel transfers, tote bags, cushion covers, sports accessories, customized ceramics, and promotional signage without requiring the physical floor space or capital expenditure of industrial roll-to-roll dye-sublimation hardware. This creates broader commercial opportunities for gift creators, photo labs, copy shops, and textile decorators.
Epson supplies the SC-F300 as part of an integrated solution ecosystem. By combining Micro Piezo printhead technology with original Epson dye-sublimation inks, dedicated print drivers, media profiles, and a standard one-year warranty, the system provides print service providers with consistent colour accuracy, predictable operating costs, and long-term hardware reliability.
