New elite programme identifies best Fiery® experts
CMYUK has become the first EFI reseller in the world to be awarded ‘Fiery® for Display Graphics’ Premier Partner status.
This programme is a new initiative from EFI that identifies the best Fiery® for Display Graphics partners. It builds closer relationships with them, provides even higher levels of customer service for end users, and encourages engagement through the full Fiery® display graphics product ecosystem.
To qualify for Premier Partner status EFI resellers must fulfil certain criteria. This includes undertaking technical training, certified through an examination process for installation, training and support. Specialist sales training is also required to match customers with the perfect solution for their needs.
The Premier Partnership process requires both financial and time commitments on behalf of the reseller. In addition to continual training investment, Premier Partners are also required to ‘virtually’ participate in quarterly catch-up meetings to gain an overview of upcoming updates and releases.
Additional certification criteria include ensuring that all up to date Fiery® display graphics products are featured on partners’ websites
Premier Partners are rewarded for their investment in the programme through several benefits. These include:
- Receive qualified sales leads from EFI
- Being listed on EFI’s website as a preferred distributor
- Access to premium EFI partner support, providing content etc. for sales events
