City Signs & Graphics joins The Big Print Network

Leeds-based commercial signage business joins Innotech’s ambassador programme

City Signs & Graphics has become the latest member of The Big Print Network (TBPN), Innotech’s ambassador programme for wide- and grand-format print businesses. Membership provides the Leeds-based business with early access to new Innotech products, exclusive promotions, VIP event invitations and marketing support, in exchange for championing Innotech materials to its customer base.

Tom Pinder, Director and Co-Owner at City Signs & Graphics, says, “As City Signs & Graphics continues to grow, we want to strengthen relationships with trusted partners who share our values around quality, service and innovation. Joining The Big Print Network felt like a natural next step.”

The Innotech relationship at City Signs & Graphics has been going strong for twelve months. In that time, Innotech has become one of the business’s key supplier partners, chosen for its product range, expertise and reputation.

“The relationship started through our need for a reliable print partner that could consistently deliver quality products and excellent service. We chose Innotech because of their product range, expertise and reputation, and that is exactly why we continue to work with them today. The quality, communication and support from the team have always been first class,” Tom explains

City Signs & Graphics works across commercial signage, graphics, workplace projects and installations, with delivery across the UK from its Leeds base. For Tom, TBPN is a two-way exchange in which the business brings that operational experience into the network alongside a willingness to support other members.

“We are a practical, solutions-focused business with years of experience delivering commercial signage, graphics, workplace projects and installations across the UK. We are always happy to share our experience and support other members wherever we can,” he says.

Tom sees the Innotech relationship as long-term infrastructure for the business. As City Signs & Graphics grows, so should its role in the network. “We expect this to develop into a long-term partnership built on trust, collaboration and mutual growth. As our business expands, we would like to become an active member of the network and continue building strong relationships with both Innotech and fellow members,” Tom adds.

Welcoming City Signs & Graphics to the network, Innotech’s Kieran Dallow, Head of CX and Marketing for Innotech, says, “TBPN continues to grow well, and one thing we have found is that new members arrive with very different histories. Some ambassadors have been Innotech customers for years. Others, like Tom and the City Signs team, have moved to a key partnership with us inside a year and bring serious UK-wide project experience with them. We are delighted to have them on board.”

Tom concludes, “The biggest benefit is having a trusted partner we can rely on. Knowing we have the backing of a knowledgeable, responsive team gives us confidence to take on larger and more complex projects while maintaining the level of quality our customers expect.”
