The Print Show marks 10th anniversary at NEC

The Print Show celebrates its 10th anniversary alongside the return of The Sign Show in Hall 1 of the NEC Birmingham.

It is just over a week until the The Print Show opens its doors for the 10th year alongside the second co-located The Sign Show in Hall 1 at the NEC Birmingham. Taking place from 29 September to 1 October 2026, the dual-event trade showcase brings together technology manufacturers, material suppliers, and service providers from across the print, packaging, and signmaking sectors.

A diverse mix of international suppliers will present hardware, workflow software, and media consumables across the exhibition floor. Major exhibitors confirmed for The Print Show include Fujifilm, Agfa, Konica Minolta Business Solutions UK, Hybrid Services (Mimaki), swissQprint, CMYUK, Vivid Laminating Technologies, Plockmatic, and Zund UK. Meanwhile, The Sign Show features technology from HP, Roland DG, Epson, Soyang Europe, Graphtec GB (Mutoh), Perfect Colours, Quality Print Services, Signwaves, and Resolute DTG.

Event Director at The Print Show, Chris Davies, commented, “We’re now just over a week away from what promises to be a very special edition of The Print Show, particularly as we celebrate the event’s 10th anniversary. The response from exhibitors and visitors has been fantastic, and the breadth of companies joining us this year really reflects the strength and diversity of the markets we serve. With The Sign Show returning alongside us for its second year, visitors can expect to see an impressive range of technology, products and solutions across the hall, as well as plenty of opportunities to learn, network and discover new ideas. There is a real sense of excitement building, and we’re looking forward to welcoming everyone to the NEC.”

In addition to machinery and media exhibits, six specialised feature areas will provide market analysis and practical training. The Knowledge Zone returns with expert presentations on artificial intelligence, robotics, sustainability, and commercial scaling. Traditional signmaking techniques will be demonstrated by David Mearns of Signmode, while Colin Sinclair McDermott of The Online Print Coach leads Print Masterclass Live to offer one-to-one business coaching.

New additions to the event schedule include the PPF Knowledge Hub, presenting live vehicle wrapping demonstrations and paint protection film applications in partnership with Avery Dennison, All Print Supplies, and SPACE Architectural Interior Films. The British Sign & Graphics Association (BSGA) will host The BSGA Route to provide independent regulatory guidance, while Jack Gocher of Eye on Display manages live industry broadcasts from the Print Show Podcast Booth.

Davies added, “There is so much happening across both shows this year, and we really want visitors to make the most of everything on offer. Whether you’re looking to invest in new technology, explore new areas of business, learn from industry experts or simply catch up with colleagues and make new connections, there will be plenty to see and do over the three days.”
