The LXi7 is a 2.5m x 3.0m wide flatbed with a zonal vacuum system featuring fixed pin registration for quick and accurate media placement. Equipped with automated functions and safety systems for increased productivity, it offers a top speed of up to 78sqm/h, an essential feature for 2601’s diverse portfolio, ranging from intricate designs to large-scale signage.

Steve Williamson, Director of 2601, commented on the new acquisition, “We’re proud to work with a mix of renowned national brands and dedicated local businesses, and this addition allows us to expand the possibilities of what we deliver. For us, versatility is key, and the JETRIX LXi7 meets that need, offering flexibility and quality across a wide range of materials.”

Fellow Director Paul Johnston added, “At 2601, we’re committed to becoming an extension of our clients’ teams, working closely to understand their goals and vision. The JETRIX LXi7’s large-format capability is a game-changer, letting us confidently take on any project. We’re thrilled to see the new levels of quality and creativity it will help us achieve.”

The JETRIX LXi7 is powered by a user-friendly GUI and automated safety systems, making it ideal for high-demand environments. InkTec’s renowned UV inks, paired with this machine, ensure vibrant, UV-resistant results with high colour density and superior adhesion. With fast drying times and a broad colour gamut, the LXi7 enables 2601 to print on a wide range of rigid materials, including foamboard, acrylic, glass, and wood.

Julian Mennell, National Hardware Sales Manager at InkTec, remarked, “The team at 2601 is exceptional, with an evident passion for large-format printing. We’re excited to see how they push the boundaries of their work with the JETRIX LXi7.”
