Invercote Touch from Antalis is an uncoated 330gsm SBS board for premium packaging and luxury print, offering a tactile finish with structural integrity
Antalis has introduced Invercote Touch, an uncoated addition to the established Invercote family of graphical boards. The new product is designed to provide a natural, tactile surface whilst maintaining the structural integrity and converting performance associated with the brand. It is positioned for use in high-end sectors such as cosmetics, premium food and drink, greeting cards, and corporate stationery.
The board features a high-white, matt surface that offers a “crafted” aesthetic, appealing to brands that prioritise an authentic and sustainable feel. Built with a multi-layer SBS construction, the material provides high stiffness and tear strength, making it suitable for demanding finishing techniques. These include embossing, debossing, foil stamping, die-cutting, and creasing, which allow converters to produce complex decorative effects without compromising the board’s stability.

Invercote Touch is optimised for offset litho printing and provides consistent ink holdout and detail reproduction. Beyond its visual and tactile properties, the board meets stringent safety standards, including food contact and toy safety requirements, ensuring its suitability for a wide range of sensitive packaging applications.
Paul Savill, Product Manager at Antalis, said, “Invercote Touch brings together the strength and converting performance that print professionals expect from Invercote with a beautifully natural, tactile surface. It opens up new creative possibilities for premium packaging and graphical applications where touch is as important as visual appearance.”
The product is available from Antalis across the UK and Ireland in 330gsm (445 micron) sheets. It is offered in B1+ and B2+ formats, with options for packet-wrapped or bulk-packed pallet delivery to suit different production scales. As part of Antalis’ commitment to sustainable sourcing, Invercote Touch is FSC Mix Credit certified and fully recyclable.
