Second Women in Signs and Graphics meeting set for October

BSGA and Very Displays will partner with Women in Signs and Graphics for Market Harborough event

Women in Signs and Graphics UK has announced details for its second live networking event, scheduled to take place on 14 October 2026 in Market Harborough. Following the successful launch of the group’s inaugural meeting last year, the upcoming autumnal gathering is delivered in partnership with the British Signs and Graphics Association (BSGA) and sponsored by trade display equipment supplier Very Displays.

The full-day event will run from 10am to 4pm at the Market Harborough premises of Very Displays. The meeting marks the initial physical gathering since Women in Signs and Graphics established a formal media partnership with the BSGA, a strategic collaboration aimed at expanding the group’s event schedule, broadening educational initiatives, and offering structured support to female professionals across the regional sign and graphics sector.

Building on the framework established during the 2025 launch event in Doncaster, where more than 30 industry representatives gathered for professional development workshops and positive psychology sessions, the 2026 itinerary focuses on practical commercial skills, personal growth, and collaborative networking. The agenda features an interactive marketing seminar led by the internal marketing department at Very Displays, delivering actionable strategies to help delegates strengthen personal branding, optimise corporate outreach, and expand regional business operations.

Co-founder of Women in Signs and Graphics and Owner of INV Recruitment, Izabella Ivanovici, who established the organization alongside Sarah Fenna, stated that the initiative aims to connect female professionals across all levels of the signage sector. Ivanovici commented, ‘Following the success of our inaugural event, we’re excited to bring the community together once again for a day of networking, learning and collaboration. Women in Signs and Graphics is all about connecting the women in the industry, sharing experiences, inspiring one another, learning and developing. We can’t wait to welcome everyone on Wednesday October 14th in Market Harborough!’

Marketing Manager at Very Displays, Kirsty Corcoran, commented, “We’re really excited to be hosting this year’s Women in Sign and Graphics event. It’s a great opportunity to bring together so many inspiring women from across the industry, to share ideas, hear some great talks and make new connections. We can’t wait to welcome everyone to Very Displays.”
