Both executives take up their respective roles with immediate effect, bringing extensive commercial and technical experience across print machinery sales, customer servicing, and technology integration. In his capacity as Commercial Director, Webb assumes overall responsibility for the strategic growth and ongoing development of Soyang Europe’s hardware division. His industry background includes senior leadership positions with major print technology manufacturers, including Canon and Fujifilm.

Webb stated that he has worked alongside Soyang Europe for several years and expressed enthusiasm regarding joining the team to expand its hardware offering. He highlighted significant commercial growth potential within the UK wide format market, noting that his focus will centre on building upon the existing technical foundation established by the distributor.

Reporting directly to Webb, Windebank joins the hardware team as Wide-Format Print Specialist to assist print service providers with equipment evaluation, technical specification, and investment decisions. Windebank brings more than a decade of specialised print industry experience to the distributor, having previously spent 11 years with consumable and hardware specialist InkTec Europe. In his new capacity, he will focus on helping customers identify appropriate equipment solutions to suit specific production requirements.

Windebank commented that he looks forward to drawing on his operational experience to guide print providers through hardware procurement processes and support the long-term success of the business.

Group Chief Executive Officer of Soyang Europe, Mark Mashiter, stated that the double appointment significantly enhances the company’s technical sales team and reinforces its capability to offer expert guidance during equipment investments. Mashiter noted that securing experienced personnel across sales and technical support is essential as the distributor continues to broaden its wide format printing equipment portfolio across regional markets.
