The new appointments at SEDO reflect its increased range of hardware and consumables products, creating greater opportunities across a broader target market.

Andy McGuinness, Director at SEDO – Large Format Solutions, shares, “This year has been marked by significant growth for us, with new printer manufacturers, like Vanguard, and a range of new printers from Epson and Roland, adding to our portfolio. Jessica and Marco’s arrival at this juncture is strategic, bringing a fresh wave of experience and enthusiasm to our sales team.”

Jessica Shorten-Hood joined SEDO from Exertis UK, where she was a product manager for Brother, OKI, and Epson large-format printers. As Business Development Manager for Hardware, she is committed to expanding SEDO’s reach within the signage and display market.

She says, “I am thrilled to be part of SEDO. My role is to assist customers in new markets in finding the best solutions for their businesses, whether that involves adopting new technology, expanding their capacity, or upgrading their machines. I am also dedicated to helping customers bring print in-house where they would typically outsource.”

Jessica adds, “In this industry, one size does not fit all. Our sales team takes a tailored approach to finding the right solution that aligns with our customers’ business goals. I am looking forward to helping SEDO make a big impact in the market.”

Before joining SEDO, Marco Crow spent many years in recruitment sales. He says, “I have a passion for sales, and the experience gained in recruitment has a significant impact on my new role at SEDO.”

Marco’s role focuses on both the print and consumables side of the business. “My job is to manage and develop our existing customer base, who currently order print work and also inks and materials from us.”

Andy adds, “Jessica and Marco have unique experiences and talents that are a great fit with our team and this allows us to focus on our key business objectives. They were placed with us by M-TWO Recruitment, who did a great job identifying people with the right skills and mentality to suit our business.”
