Meet… Andrew Gregory. Hybrid Services’ new Sales Director

Hybrid Services, the exclusive UK and Ireland distributor for Mimaki, has recently appointed Andrew Gregory as its new Sales Director. Eye on Display caught up with Andrew at FESPA to find out more.

Andrew told us, “I am really excited to join such a fantastic company, with a great pedigree in the display graphics and 3D printing industries. For me, the breadth of technology that Mimaki has to offer across multiple business sectors is a very exciting prospect. Hybrid delivers technology solutions that encompass production, manufacturing, personalisation and more to solve complex challenges through a comprehensive network of established and committed partners.”

Coming into this role, Andrew says the main objective is to work closely with the company’s channel partners to further develop and build those critical relationships, “Our partners bring an incredible amount of added value to our customers. Their specialist knowledge is a huge differentiator in our markets, and I am looking forward to meeting them and getting to know how we can work even more effectively together.”

In terms of experience, Andrew brings many years of working in this industry and others to the role. Hybrid Service’s Managing Director, Brett Newman, explains, “Andrew has an invaluable mix of knowledge and experience that covers sales, channel, industry-specific and the real world. We are delighted to appoint a professional of his calibre and I am very confident that he will have a hugely positive influence on our business.”

“I have held several positions in additive manufacturing, computer-aided design, and even teaching,” says Andrew, adding, “I have worked extensively with channel partners, and this is something I have always really enjoyed. It is a varied background that I believe stands me in very good shape. It is very exciting to be a part of the Hybrid Services family, and I am very much looking forward to what the future holds for us, Mimaki and our channel partners.”
