The warehouse redesign includes a new 30m x 12m racking area dedicated to storing grand format 3.2m and 5m digital media reels. This has created space for an additional 1,000 reels to be accommodated and managed more efficiently and productively.

The investment also includes the purchase of a specialist Linde R20 Reach Truck with a fixed boom, designed for faster processing of grand format reels.

Hitesh Bhundia, Operations Manager for Innotech, says, “Innotech is the UK’s leading provider of grand format digital media for the sign and print market. Last year, we shipped 17,000 rolls of grand format media. With this investment in our warehouse, we expect this to grow to 21,000 by the end of the year. This investment has significantly improved our service and supply to customers in the UK, Europe and beyond.”

He adds, “The upgrade to our warehouse improves batch control, stock management and accessibility, and the overall operational efficiency. The increased space, better design and the significant investment in technology support our growth and our customer service goals.”
