Epson previews new dye-sublimation technology for FESPA 2026

Epson previews new dye-sublimation technology and showcases the SC-V4000 UV flatbed focusing on end-to-end textile and signage workflows.

Epson is set to return to the FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 in Barcelona from 19–22 May, presenting a range of end-to-end solutions for the textile, signage, and UV printing sectors. Located in Hall 3, Stand C75, the Epson exhibit will focus on practical production pathways, designed to help print service providers and garment decorators move from creative concepts to scalable, profitable output.

Textile production will take a central role on the stand, with Epson planning to preview two upcoming dye-sublimation developments ahead of their official launch in early May. Amongst these previews is a new compact, desktop dye-sublimation printer. This addition is intended to complete Epson’s small-format range, providing a professional entry point for businesses producing short-run personalised items and promotional merchandise.

“FESPA is a key opportunity to connect with customers and show practical production pathways across textile, signage and UV,” said Marc Tinkler, Commercial & Industrial printing division, Epson Europe

Marc Tinkler, from the Commercial & Industrial printing division at Epson Europe, said, “FESPA is a key opportunity to connect with customers and show practical production pathways across textile, signage and UV. From high-quality garment and sportswear output to personalisation and value-added UV applications, our focus is helping businesses produce with confidence, consistency and efficiency. We look forward to welcoming visitors to Hall 3, Stand C75 in Barcelona.”

The stand will also feature the recently announced SureColor SC-V4000, an A1+ UV flatbed printer. Engineered for businesses requiring high-quality production in a limited footprint, the SC-V4000 supports a wide array of rigid substrates for fine art, photography, and bespoke signage.

The exhibit will be organised into dedicated production zones, including:

  • Direct-to-Film (DTF): Featuring the SC-G9000 high-production model and the SC-G6000, shown alongside finishing equipment to demonstrate a complete, bottleneck-free workflow.
  • Dye-Sublimation: Covering the full spectrum from desktop units to industrial-scale systems, supported by colour-matching tools such as the SD-10 spectrophotometer.
  • Direct-to-Fabric: A dedicated Monna Lisa area showcasing premium textile output for the fashion and home décor markets.
  • Signage and UV: Displays of the established eco-solvent signage range and the new SC-V4000 for specialised customisation.

Throughout the event, Epson will host live demonstrations to illustrate how its workflow and colour management tools can support growth in sectors such as sportswear, garment decoration, and high-value UV customisation.
