The judges alluded to their investment in factory space and staff, increasing their overall square foot by 50%, supported by the increase of 40% increase in staff members through hires and apprenticeship opportunities offered to local schools and colleges thanks to their value in nurturing and growing people in an ever-evolving industry. Flexible shift patterns are offered to all, allowing staff to strike a work-life balance and accommodate production workloads.
