The company highlights renewable energy gains, waste reduction, and workforce diversity achievements in its latest corporate social responsibility report
Domino Printing Sciences has published its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report for financial year 2025, detailing progress across environmental sustainability, responsible supply chain management, workforce diversity, and customer support. The report outlines how the coding and marking specialist is embedding sustainable operational practices while supporting clients in reducing waste and manufacturing emissions.

Key environmental milestones from the period include increasing solar energy generation to 70 per cent as additional facilities transitioned to 100 per cent renewable electricity. The manufacturer achieved an internal recycling rate of 95.3 per cent and ensured that 96 per cent of customer packaging is now recyclable, containing up to 75 per cent recycled content. These developments support the firm’s long-term targets of achieving carbon neutrality across Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2030 and net-zero status by 2050.
Group CSR Director at Domino, Jessica Büttner, noted the commercial relevance of sustainable practice, commenting, “Sustainability is increasingly becoming a business requirement for manufacturers around the world. Our FY 2025 results demonstrate that meaningful environmental and social progress and strong business performance can go hand in hand.”
Alongside environmental performance, the publication highlights improvements in social and operational governance. Female representation increased across new hires by 10 per cent and senior leadership by 2 per cent, alongside a 5.6 per cent reduction in the UK gender pay gap. Responsible procurement capabilities expanded across the global supply chain, with 95 per cent of inventory spend covered by compliant suppliers and 85 per cent of supply chain personnel completing sustainable procurement training.
Büttner added, “Transparent CSR reporting allows us to have honest conversations with our customers, not just about the positive impact that we are having, but also the work that we still need to do. It also helps us support customers in achieving their own sustainability ambitions.”
CEO of Domino, Robert Pulford, emphasised the organisation’s global direction, stating, “Sustainability remains an integral part of how we operate as a business and how we create value for our customers. The progress highlighted in this report reflects our commitment to our global network of experts and demonstrates that long-term business success and responsible environmental management go hand in hand.”
The CSR report is structured in alignment with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, providing comparable metrics for industrial clients evaluating value-chain sustainability performance. The full document is available to download from the vendor’s website.
