The new API enables e-commerce businesses to automate ordering and dispatch across more than 140 print products using white-label fulfilment.
Digital print supplier WTTB has reported a boost in trade following the soft launch of its dedicated Application Programming Interface (API). Designed to sit behind client e-commerce shopfronts, the software automatically processes order and artwork data, passing jobs directly into production before dispatching finished items to end users in white-label packaging.

While third-party integrations across the print sector are often restricted to selected core product lines, the trade specialist’s system offers immediate automated access to over 140 products. The setup allows e-commerce operators, print resellers, and graphics providers to expand their online catalogues, set custom pricing, and manage client relationships without requiring additional capital investment in production machinery.
Michael Bartlett, Head of Operations at WTTB, noted that market uptake following the initial release had exceeded internal projections, stating, “The response we’ve had so far has been really encouraging. I’ve spoken to a number of customers since we introduced the API and one of the things that keeps coming up is the breadth of the product range.”
Bartlett added, “Being able to access more than 140 WTTB products through a single integration gives our customers a huge amount of flexibility in what they can offer through their own websites. What’s particularly encouraging is that customers can immediately see the commercial opportunity. They can potentially broaden their product offering without having to invest in additional production capability, while keeping control of their own website, pricing, brand and customer relationship.”
The company confirmed that integration resources and technical support are available directly through its online portal to assist existing and prospective trade partners with system integration.
