Contra Vision aiming for growth with new appointments

Contra Vision’s Adam Paget has been promoted to Head of Sales EMEA and APAC, with Paul Allison joining as Business Development Manager

It’s exciting times at Contra Vision, as Adam Paget, who has been with the company for ten years, has taken on the role of Head of EMEA and APAC Sales. In addition, Contra Vision has appointed Paul Allison as the Business Development Manager, with a focus on UK and Ireland, eventually looking to take on the role of Territory Manager.

In order to take on the global role, Adam needed to make this additional appointment to help cover his previous commitments. He worked with Matt Hanley from M-TWO Recruitment to help fill the role.

Adam says, “I have been with Contra Vision for almost ten years and have steadily grown my role, coinciding with the company’s growth. I was initially manging sales for UK and Ireland, and then took on APAC, followed by Europe. Paul’s appointment allows me to focus on the region as whole, ensuring our strategic objectives are met across the different countries.”

To help find the best person for the role, Adam contacted Matt Hanley of M-TWO Recruitment. Matt says, “Adam came to me with a brief to find someone who would allow him to progress into the multiregional role. I am very pleased to have been able to put forward a candidate who was exactly what they were looking for and was also the perfect role for Paul. To be part of such a significant appointment, both for Contra Vision’s business and for Paul himself, was humbling.”

Paul Allison has joined after 15 years running a FASTSIGNS business incorporating both Sheffield and Chesterfield branches, who were Contra Vision customers. Adam adds, “With so much commercial experience and technical knowledge of Contra Vision products, Paul was ideal for this role. I can’t thank Matt enough for his support. He understood exactly what we needed and introduced us to a fantastic candidate who was ideal for the role.”

Adam concludes, “These are very exciting times for Contra Vision as we continue to grow the business around the world. We have some fantastic distributors who understand our products and ethos as a company, and we are adding more. I am personally very excited to take on my new multiregional role and all the responsibility that goes with it, knowing that I am supported by a great Contra Vision team.”
