Coala MagForce is a printable magnetic PVC, matt white, consisting of a laminated PVC face film on a brown magnetic base. Available in two different thicknesses; Coala MagForce PVC 350 mic – for interior magnetic signage and 600 mic – for interior or exterior vehicle graphics use.

Coala MagForce is thinner and lighter but has a stronger force than equivalent gauges of traditional magnetic films. It rolls out flatter and is easier to handle. It also has roll flatness and more flexibility, giving a smoother printer feed, and is easier to cut and mount onto slightly curved surfaces. It is both VOC-free (a+) and formaldehyde-free.

By reducing material weight, Coala MagForce also provides many operational benefits such as lower transport costs in the supply chain. It is available in longer roll options allowing for maximum productivity giving more square metres to a roll, so less handling and swapping is required on the printer – increasing production efficiency.

The thinner gauge 350 mic, has superior magnetic attraction making it ideal for interior magnetics such as store advertising, interior décor and POS. The 600 mic is for exterior vehicle signage and vehicle marking and can be applied to iron or steel.

Coala MagForce also has superior printing compatibility with (Eco) Solvent, UV and Latex technologies.

Product Manager at Antalis, Mike Collins, comments:The new Coala MagForce range is a new addition to our trusted Coala portfolio and is a product that is both versatile and increasing in popularity for POS and vehicle use. It’s thinner and more lightweight, giving benefits that printers will appreciate such as less material usage and improved production efficiency.”
