UFABRIK has appointed a new Hungarian distributor, holding local stock up to 5 metres wide.
European distribution for UFABRIK display textiles has expanded into Hungary following a reseller agreement with print and visual communications supplier IGEPA Hungária. Operating from distribution facilities in Budapest and Nyíregyháza, the distributor will hold local inventory across the complete digital textile portfolio in widths up to 5 metres to service growing commercial demand across retail, exhibition, and soft signage markets.

The appointment of the new Hungarian distributor follows successful group-level distribution partnerships across Poland and the Czech Republic, strengthening UFABRIK’s commercial network throughout Central Europe. IGEPA Hungária will establish immediate stockholding for high-demand display materials, including blockout, backlit, flag, and stretch fabrics compatible with UV, solvent, and dye-sublimation ink systems.
VISCOM Business Unit Manager at IGEPA Hungária, Anita Szabó-Botrágyi, commented, “We evaluated several manufacturers and found that UFABRIK combines high-quality textiles with stable, continuous production. Our colleagues in the IGEPA Group, particularly in Poland and the Czech Republic, have already achieved significant success with UFABRIK, which gave us extra confidence. We are pleased to follow the same path in Hungary.”
Integrated manufacturing across UFABRIK’s production sites in Thailand and China encompasses weaving, washing, dyeing, coating, and finishing to deliver strict batch-to-batch material consistency. To assist print service providers and signmakers adopting textile display applications, IGEPA Hungária will provide dedicated ICC colour profiles, printer settings, and local application support alongside wide-format roll availability.
Szabó-Botrágyi added, “UFABRIK gives us a complete, high-quality soft signage portfolio, available from local stock and backed by expert technical support. It enables our customers to enter or expand within the textile market with confidence, without the stockholding and supply risks normally associated with introducing a new product category.”
Targeting growing adoption of silicone edge graphics (SEG), light boxes, and dye-sublimation display systems in Hungary, the distributor aims to eliminate supply lead times for wide-format projects up to 5 metres wide.
