China Print Supplies announces immediate availability of the SinoColor UV Flatbed printer range
China Print Supplies (CPS) has announced the immediate availability of the SinoColor UV Flatbed range. Available in three sizes, these machines are designed for sign and print companies looking for high quality and reliable printers at great value. They are available to view at the companies showroom in Telford and will also be at The Print Show in September.
The SinoColor UV Flatbed range includes a 1.6m, 2.5m and 3.2m versions and all include features designed for efficiency and high-quality output. Each printer comes with variable numbers of printhead, allowing customers to select the right solution for their needs and also to allow the scope to grow.
CPS has also recently announced that the number of available printheads has been improved, with the 2.5m SinoColor FB2513s increasing from 2-8 heads up to a new maximum of 12 heads to deliver speeds up to 120m2/h. This upgrade is also available for the 3.2m machine which now offers 4-12 printheads.
Also in the range is a compact 900x600mm version for direct-to-object printing. This printer has been upgraded to support up to 8 printheads, allowing users to add functionality without having to purchase an additional machine. It also features a new magnetic drive system for greater precision and enables up to 50cm print depth, making it ideal for thicker materials.

The SinoColor UV Flatbed range
The all-staggered head design of the SinoColor UV Flatbed range enables printing up to four layers in a single pass, supported by a precise fixed bed. Offering a standard height of 120 mm, the maximum height can be upgraded to 200mm or 400mm. The range also comes with the option for high drop printing, enabling these printers to handle a diverse range of media. Fluorescent ink options and full white ink recirculation for stable printing further enhance creative applications. Optional smart cameras can be integrated for object scanning and precise image placement, increasing productivity for variable workloads.
The SinoColor UV Flatbed range offers tool-free media positioning with automatic retraction and an anti-collision system for printhead protection. Automatic media height detection simplifies operation, while dual negative pressure and independent vacuum pumps ensure consistent ink flow and powerful media suction across four zones.
The machines are available from CPS with an Ioniser, worth £1,000. The magnetic drive upgrades are also available on selected machines.
