Shaun Laing and Ashley Hall from production planning have officially been promoted into Production Manager roles.
Shaun says:

Ashley adds “I am excited to work on the new challenges that the position will bring and see this as a great opportunity to extend my knowledge and to grow this Management role in a fast-paced business”.

Managing Director, Paul Bartholomew, adds:
“Shaun and Ashley have developed their skill set brilliantly during their length of service with us and are now chomping at the bit to add more variety to their day-to-day roles”.
Alex Wood and Mike Holland have been promoted from Departmental Supervisor to Works Managers covering the two sites, Scudamore and Byford Road, respectively. With over a combined 37 years of service to SignFab, alongside their undeniable ability, Alex and Mike were the standout choices for the roles.
“What a great opportunity to step up to the next level, bringing skills and ideas used from running the Assembly Department. Our goal is to bring a fluid, organised working link between the two factories,” Alex remarks.
Mike adds:
“I feel privileged to have been given the opportunity to progress my career further and hope to aid the continuous success by improving quality and consistency across all departments.”
