Tradeprint expands operations to the Republic of Ireland

Tradeprint partnered with VB Media to create the new platform responding to increasing demand from Irish businesses

Dundee based Tradeprint has announced the expansion of its ecommerce operations to the Republic of Ireland. This move is as a response to growing demand from Irish print resellers, print managers, creative agencies, and design studios.

Tradeprint first partnered with VB Media seven years ago while searching for a provider to support e-commerce stores for its customers. Since then, VB Media has become a trusted and valued partner, now supporting many of Tradeprint Connect’s white label API clients.

Having previously served the Irish market through its now-retired Exaprint UK brand, Tradeprint saw an opportunity to re-enter Ireland and chose to build on its existing relationship with VB Media to launch the new site.

VB Media was ideally positioned to support the rollout, having recently enhanced its platform to manage varying tax and VAT requirements, regional area codes, and courier options. Combined with Tradeprint’s mature API technology and agile in-house development team—capable of adding new products with just a few clicks—the implementation was smooth and efficient. The site was ready to launch just one day after VB Media received the brief.

Launched with a sitewide 15% discount, the new platform will initially offer a range of small format print products with a view to expand the range to large format and promotional products within weeks. Goods will be shipped from Tradeprint’s Dundee production site and can provide white label delivery to end customers. Businesses will also be able to contact a dedicated customer support team that have been trained specifically to serve Irish customers

“We are excited to bring some of Tradeprint’s extensive range of print products and services to the Republic of Ireland,” said Anthony Rowell, Sales & Customer Success Director – Sustainability Lead at Tradeprint. “The demand from the Irish market has been overwhelming, and we are committed to offering an ecommerce experience that reflects our dedication to quality, speed, and customer service.”
