Western Sign Systems (trading as Western Signs), is a trade-only sign manufacturer based in Westbury, Wiltshire. The company supplies sign-makers and sign companies, and is an approved Spandex Sign Build Centre, producing the Spandex Slatz modular sign range for the trade.

The business was established in 1999 by Nora and Keith Hulin and remains family-run, with son John Hulin now running the business. Manufacturing takes place from an 8,000-square-foot factory in Westbury. Western Sign supports sign trade businesses with distinctive and impactful signage solutions for their customers. The company’s mission is to be the trusted partner for trade professionals seeking high-quality, customisable signs that leave a memorable mark.

The range covers braille and tactile signs, made on 4 dedicated machines, illuminated trays, monolith and totem signs up to 1,600mm wide and 4,200mm high, lettering in powder-coated aluminium, composite and Foamex, finger posts, vinyl printing on a Canon Colorado M5W, and 3D wood signs converted from 2D artwork. In-house engineering covers CNC routing, folding, milling and lathe work, welding and fabrication, powder coating, wet spraying and CAD design using SolidWorks and Autodesk software.
