The Dimense DA-640 embossing printer will be featured on Roland DG’s stand at the Sign Show in September
Roland DG will be at The Sign Show 2025, taking place from 23–25 September at the NEC in Birmingham, UK. The Sign Show offers a platform for innovation, inspiration, and networking in the visual communications industry.
Visitors to the Roland stand at The Sign Show will be able to experience the Dimense DA-640 in action. This distinctive technology, which fuses digital printing with structured embossing, enables signmakers and designers to create high-impact, tactile signage and interior décor.

The DA-640 is a 64-inch digital printer that combines high-definition colour printing with simultaneous structured embossing, enabling the creation of richly textured, tactile prints in a single pass. Engineered for creative professionals, the DA-640 opens up possibilities in custom interiors, signage, packaging and display applications. Using water-based latex inks and DIMENSE media, this solution delivers versatility, ease of use, and ability to add dimensional impact for businesses looking to differentiate their offering.
Rob Goleniowski, Head of Sales for UK & Ireland, comments, “We’re excited to be exhibiting at The Sign Show, and even more excited to unveil the DIMENSE DA-640 to the UK audience for the very first time. This isn’t just another wide format printer; the DA-640 is a true game-changer, offering something completely unique for print companies ready to innovate, differentiate, and take their business to the next level. “
As well as live demonstrations of the Dimense DA-640, visitors will also have the opportunity to speak with the Roland DG team about the wider portfolio of print technologies, business-building applications, and support services at stand S310 (Hall 3) from 23rd to 25th September.
