Built on Roland DG’s long-standing print-and-cut expertise, the AG-640 is the world’s first latex printer with integrated cutting functionality, enabling users to contour cut and print seamlessly. It is particularly well suited for businesses looking to maximise available floor space and efficiently handle a variety of work ranging from wraps, wallcoverings, banners, and posters to stickers, labels, and decals. The AG-640 uses newly developed TA-2 water-based latex inks and the latest piezo printheads to deliver high-precision dot control and consistent, high-definition output across a wide range of media. In addition to standard CMYK, the inclusion of orange and red inks significantly expands the colour gamut, enabling vibrant, accurate colour reproduction and striking visual impact. High-density white ink further extends creative possibilities, supporting graphics and applications on transparent, coloured, and specialty materials.
