Pyramid Display Materials engineers qualify as HP Latex installation experts

Pyramid Display Materials announce that two of its hardware sales team, Carl Birchall and Cole Appleby, have successfully completed and become fully qualified HP Latex Installation Engineers. Both completed HP’s intensive 5-day professional training program held in Barcelona.

Over the course of the week-long training at HP’s headquarters, Carl and Cole immersed themselves in HP’s advanced Latex print technologies. The programme covered a full spectrum of critical competencies, including:

  • In‑depth mechanical and electronic system setup
  • Calibration and maintenance of HP Latex printheads
  • Media handling techniques for optimised output quality
  • Firmware upgrades and diagnostics for seamless operation
  • Adherence to HP’s highest safety and environmental standards

Their successful certification underscores Pyramid Display Materials’ commitment to service and technical excellence. Carl and Cole are now authorised to deliver full-scale installation, commissioning, and after-sales support services for HP Latex roll-fed printers across the UK.
