Print Mastermind Live! offers free expert coaching at Print Show

The Print Show 2026 launches Print Mastermind Live!, a new interactive zone featuring expert business coaching, marketing advice, and AI adoption strategies for printers.

The Print Show and the co-located Sign Show have announced the launch of a new feature area for their 2026 events: Print Mastermind Live!. Developed in partnership with Colin Sinclair McDermott, known as The Online Print Coach, the area is designed to provide visitors with direct access to industry experts through interactive and educational sessions.

Located in Hall 1 of the NEC in Birmingham from 29th September to 1st October, the zone will offer a dedicated space for print business owners to engage in conversations regarding business growth. Visitors can join 30-minute, topic-led group sessions hosted by experienced professionals. These sessions will cover a variety of practical subjects, including sales, marketing, automation, hiring, pricing, workflows, and the adoption of AI.

Print Mastermind Live! serves as an in-person extension of the Print Mastermind online community, which focuses on helping decision-makers build profitable and sustainable companies. This marks the first time these sessions will be held in person at a UK industry event.

Accompanying the interactive zone is the One-to-One Coaching Zone. This space is reserved for pre-booked 20-minute strategy sessions, allowing attendees to discuss specific business needs directly with The Online Print Coach. Both the group sessions and the coaching zone are free to access for all attendees, and entrance to the exhibitions remains free of charge.

Chris Davies, event director for The Print Show, said, “We are delighted to be working with Colin on this exciting new venture. Since we launched The Print Show in 2015, we have been committed to delivering an event that provides the tools print companies need to succeed and grow in the modern market. The addition of Print Mastermind Live! is a further extension of this approach. It brings a new element of education to the show, allowing visitors to speak with some of the brightest minds in the industry about the subjects most important to them.”

Colin Sinclair McDermott added, “Running a print business has never been simple, but right now it feels especially heavy for a lot of owners. Print Mastermind Live! is designed to tackle these realities head-on, in a practical and honest way. These sessions aren’t about loose suggestions; they are built around the same conversations I have every week with print business owners about what works and what moves the needle.”

The full schedule of experts and discussion topics will be released in the coming months.
