Print ePS announce the acquisition of Avanti Systems, a provider of print management information system (MIS) software serving customers across North America and Europe. The acquisition from Ricoh Company, Ltd. strengthens Print ePS’ position in the midmarket print segment and expands its global technology portfolio.
