The Pearce Signs rebrand project was executed with a six-week lead time, starting from a standing start, showcasing Pearce Signs’ exceptional project management capabilities and commitment to excellence.

As the Principal Main Contractor, Pearce Signs managed all site operations. This included overseeing site inductions for all trades involved, ensuring safety, efficiency, and seamless coordination throughout the project.

The comprehensive scope of works included:

  • Installation of new canopy fascia
  • Replacement of all secondary forecourt signage
  • Cladding of existing pylon signs
