Moss launches ‘banner-in-a-bag’ rental solution to UK exhibition market

Branded environment specialist Moss has launched an easy-to-install, transportable rental banner system designed to transform event spaces efficiently, cost-effectively and sustainably.

As the market for hanging banners at exhibitions continues to grow, Moss’s new offering in the UK is poised to become a go-to solution, especially for stand builders and event organisers who are often challenged by the logistics and costs of traditional solutions.

Moss’s ‘banner-in-a-bag’ solution

Historically, the rental of hanging banners has had complications, primarily due to difficulties in transportation, installation, and the loss of components, Moss says. However, this product addresses these issues by introducing a foldable framework that fits neatly into a single bag, making transport and setup much more straightforward and cost effective.

Moss’s new system caters to a wide range of branding needs

Available in various shapes and sizes, including circles, squares, and cubes, Moss’s new system caters to a wide range of branding needs. Users simply pull the graphic up and zip it around the framework, without the need for tools or graphics labour on site. It’s lightweight nature also means it requires far fewer rigging points, making installation much easier and less costly for stand builders.

The ‘banner-in-a-bag’ product and technology has been available from Moss in the US. Its introduction now sits alongside Moss UK’s existing tension fabric rental options, combining high-impact visuals that are easy to install and transport. Rentals are available over 10-to-15-day periods, with stocks held at Moss’s St Neots HQ, ready to be shipped to events as and when needed.

Moss says the service delivers exceptional sustainability credentials for users by significantly reducing single-use waste and promoting reuse of elements. After the event, frames are simply returned to stock and fabrics are recycled or stored by clients for use in the future.

Matt Phipps, Group Account Director at Moss UK, commented, “Our new ‘banner-in-a-bag’ system achieves high-quality, memorable branding without sacrificing our clients’ time, team or resources. Taking proven technology from within the Moss Group our portable, versatile and easy to install rental banners reduce show setup times and logistical costs, enabling clients to focus on creating unforgettable event experiences.”
