Mimaki has announced the TxF300-75Plus, an upgraded direct-to-film printer featuring expanded white ink capacity for uninterrupted high-volume production.
Mimaki has announced the launch of the TxF300-75Plus. The manufacturer positions the new machine as an upgraded model within its high-productivity direct-to-film (DTF) printing portfolio. Following the release of the original TxF300-75, the company states that this enhanced version reflects a commitment to continuously evolving its solutions to meet the changing demands of the garment decoration market.

A key enhancement of the new system is its expanded white ink capacity. The printer features four additional white ink cartridge slots and utilises the Mimaki Uninterrupted Ink Supply System (UISS). According to the manufacturer, this configuration enables up to eight or nine hours of continuous printing. The company claims this significantly reduces the frequency of manual cartridge replacement and enables smoother operation for high-volume or overnight production environments. White ink plays a critical role in the direct-to-film process, serving as the essential base layer required when transferring graphics onto dark or coloured fabrics.
The UISS automatically switches to the next available cartridge when one becomes empty to maintain a stable ink flow and uninterrupted output. Operators can also replace depleted cartridges during printing without halting production, a feature designed to maximise uptime and workflow efficiency.
Hybrid Services exclusively distributes Mimaki technology in the UK and Ireland. Andy Gregory, Sales Director at Hybrid Services, comments on the upgraded hardware. He says, “The Mimaki TxF300-75 already provides industry-leading white opacity, a crucial factor in achieving vibrant DTF prints. The new TxF300-75Plus builds on this performance while making production simpler and enabling longer print runs.”
Alongside the new enhancements, the TxF300-75Plus retains established core technologies from Mimaki designed to support reliable production. These features include a built-in ink circulation system, which helps prevent sedimentation and ensures a stable ink supply during long print runs. The machine also incorporates advanced monitoring and remote management capabilities, such as PICT and Mimaki Remote Access (MRA), to help customers streamline their daily operations.
Arjen Evertse, Director of Sales at Mimaki Europe, adds, “With the TxF300-75Plus, we are taking another step in the evolution of our DTF printing portfolio, delivering enhanced performance where it matters most to our customers. By strengthening its ink capabilities and enabling longer, uninterrupted production, we are helping print providers improve efficiency, reduce operational complexity and confidently scale their DTF applications.”
