Lawrence Green follows in the footsteps of his father and grandfather with BSGA Council appointment
Greens Managing Director, Lawrence Green, has been elected to the Council of the British Sign and Graphics Association (BSGA), following its 48th Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday 30th June 2026, and becomes the third generation of the Green family to help shape the future of the UK sign industry. The BSGA is the UK’s leading trade association for the sign, display and graphics sector. It represents sign companies across the country, promoting best practice, supporting members with industry guidance and training, and giving the industry a collective voice on the issues that matter.
Lawrence’s appointment follows a proud family tradition of supporting the association. In 1985, Greens founder Reginald Green played an instrumental role in the association’s early years, serving as National President of the then British Sign Association. His son, Chris Green, later became Northern President while leading Greens as Managing Director. Now, with Lawrence at the helm of the family business, the legacy continues as he joins BSGA
Council and is set to be appointed to the Board of Directors. Lawrence has long been an active supporter of the association, contributing to its media activity, speaking on BSGA panels at Sign & Digital UK and championing its work for more than a decade.
