The IPIA Annual Conference 2026 takes place on 27 August at MTC Coventry, focusing on commercial value, industry networking and growth strategies.
The Independent Print Industries Association will host its Annual Conference on 27 August 2026 at the Manufacturing Technology Centre in Coventry. Under the theme “Print to Performance – Unlocking our Industry’s True Potential”, the annual gathering invites print businesses from across the supply chain to re-evaluate how they create, communicate and capture commercial value in an evolving market environment.
The event aims to provide delegates with practical strategies to strengthen competitiveness, adapt to changing customer expectations and unlock new avenues for sustainable business growth. Rather than relying on a single blueprint for operational success, the conference agenda explores the commercial, technological and cultural forces shaping the future of the print economy.

Associate General Manager of the IPIA, Natalie Evans, stated that the conference programme has been curated to ensure delegates leave equipped with actionable insight. Evans noted, “We want people to leave the Conference feeling energised, but also equipped. The real measure of a successful event is both the conversations people have on the day, as well as the ideas, confidence and practical actions they take back into their businesses afterwards. That has really shaped the programme this year.” She added that creating space for open dialogue allows business leaders to realise shared operational challenges and build vital peer-to-peer relationships.
The speaker lineup comprises print industry leaders, economists, marketing specialists, academics and technology innovators. Through keynote presentations, panel sessions and practical case studies, attendees will gain fresh perspectives on communicating value to clients, workforce development, technology adoption and broader economic trends. Alongside the stage presentations, the event features a dedicated Expo and Networking Hub where technology providers and media developers will display recent innovations.
Chair of the IPIA Networking and Collaboration Committee, Peter Horwood, emphasised that building strong relationships across the supply chain is essential for industry longevity. IPIA Chair, Alasdair Browne, concluded that the association’s ultimate objective is to offer practical insight and stronger connections to help print companies navigate change with confidence while supporting the long-term strength of the wider print economy.
