Installers invited to compete in Hexis Wrap Battle 2026

The Hexis Wrap Battle at Sign & Digital UK 2026 will test the speed and precision of professional vehicle wrappers using the new HXONE SuperGloss Series.

The Hexis Wrap Battle will return to the show floor for Sign & Digital UK 2026, running across all three days of the exhibition from 22–24 February. The live competition is designed to highlight technical expertise and precision within the vehicle wrapping community.

Each day of the event, eight competitors will compete in up to three installation rounds. These challenges are structured to test speed, accuracy, and application skills using premium Hexis materials in front of a live audience of industry peers and suppliers.

At the conclusion of each day, an overall winner will be crowned. Each daily winner will receive a full roll of their chosen colour from the new Hexis HXONE SuperGloss Series cast wrapping film, featuring the brand’s latest ultra-high-gloss technology.

In addition to the main prize, all participants will receive a “Wrap Battle” gift bag containing professional tools and accessories. These have been provided by industry sponsors including SHAG Tools, ProThings, Paint is Dead ProSeries, and Olfa.

The competition is open to professional installers who wish to demonstrate their capabilities on a national stage. Interested parties can apply to join the heat via the official Sign & Digital UK website.

The Hexis Wrap Battle remains a central feature of the exhibition, providing a practical look at material performance under competitive conditions and celebrating the craftsmanship involved in high-end vehicle graphics.
